Capatal Facilities and Technology

The two-part Campaign Facilities & Technology Plan is part fo the Mental Health Service Act/Proposition 63 efforts to improve and transform mental health care throughout California and is one of the seven Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) component areas that will eventually become one, integrated Placer MHSA Plan.
The County plans to use Capital Facilites and Technological Needs Component funds to support mental health service prociders and to invest in a billing/electronic health record system in accordance with teh MHSA goal of producing long-term impact with lasting benefits for the Placer County mental Health System.
