The comments are posted on the CCW and county site.

3.Reviewed Quarterly:
Comments are reviewed quarterly by the county, the core team, and the Steering Committee

4. Respose:
The County responds to comments in writing and the CCW Steering Committe responds in discussion and writing.

5. Action:
Depending on the comment, it will be included in the Plan.

CCW STEERING COMMITTEE PUBLIC COMMENT PROCESS

1. Public Comments at Monthly Steering Committe Meetings:
Comments are captured in meeting minutes.

2. Posted:
Comments are posted on the CCW website and in minutes.

3. Reviewed:
Comments are reviewed monthly by Streamline Consulting Group and quarterly by the Core Team.

4. Response:
Comments are responded to quarterly by the Steering Committee and posted on the CCW website in minutes.

5.Action:
Depending on comment.
