To give the gift of
The love for learning is
To allow someone the awesome opportunity
For life to become their oyster
Where their pearls are many.

To leave anyone living in ignorance
With no love for learning
with a dread and fear of what’s to come,
no oyster in sight, where
their pearls, if any, are not
the pearls of many.

So, don’t limit me, please,
Allow me to learn and grow, so that,
If I ask you to
Allow me to learn and grow, please,
Please, don’t say no
To life becoming an oyster
Where the pearls are many.
