There will come a time
In everyone’s life that
An end will come.

I remember the times that
There was a constant search
For an end with
no thought of living this
precious life that I was given.

Today, this I know, that
The end is none of my business, that
I have plenty of living to do,
Remembering that at times
Night seems to last forever
Without an end in sight, forgetting,
The coming of day will end the night.
