1)In the Referral Section, it states that referrals will accept referrals from all FSP providers. Does this mean that referrals from any other entities will not be accepted? I think a little more detail relative to this process may assist folks to understand the pathway into the service.

2)Is their budget detail available for review? How much does the rehab cost? What is the cost of the property and will some organization complete a fair market analysis of the property to assure that the community does not overpay for either the home or the rehab? Will the rehab be competitively bidded?

In response to the project description for Timberline, I did not see any documentation for process of integrating the operations within the neighborhood, or communicating as a “good neighbor” in this residential community. It would be advisable to include a communication plan to allow neighbors and local emergency responders (police, fire) to know who the contacts are within the operations of the development in order to assist if there are any issues relative to the occupancy of the development.
