Welcome Center

The Welcome Center is a fun place where anyone can drop-in to enjoy a safe, warm, friendly atmosphere. We are a consumer run program that is structured by the needs/wants of the community. The programs available are created by the participants for people to enjoy and learn.

Mission Statement
Participants of the Welcome Center determine its purpose to:
* Increase the development and growth of the individual
* Create a positive, supportive, safe environment for the community
* Educate the community in hopes of eliminating the stigma surrounding mental illness, substance abuse, and homelessness.

Philosophy Statement
Participants of the Welcome Center believe each individual can grow in confidence, have the ability to develop and utilize healthy relationships, and discover their own abilities and talents. By working together we benefit each other and the community.
