| Youth Transition Action Team (YTAT) Do you want to improve our community and help make it more youth guided? Are you a youth that is tired of having everything decided for you? If so, we would like you to join our team to hear what you have to say! Join the Youth Transition Action Team. YOUTH TRANSITION ACTION TEAM (YTAT) We meet the first Monday of the month 4:00pm-5:30pm At Sierra College (Fireside Room) Located off Rocklin Rd. Y.T.A.T is a meeting about improving services for youth transitioning into adulthood. It is an opportunity for youth to come to the table with adults in the community as equal partners.
